Try Gatherer from Gatherer addon for World of Warcraft:

It tracks ore veins and herbs too, but that can be disabled. There's also a prepackaged database of all the things you can possibly loot from WowHead.com: Gatherer addon for World of Warcraft



Once you have both addons installed, you have to import the WowHead data from the Gatherer configuration menu ("/gatherer"). There's also a filter list so you can have it only show specific types of treasure chests, but you have to know the names of the ones you want.

I would also recommend using Cartographer
It does many other things and is an awesome map replacement tool.
