Anyone know a web mass mailer?

So does anyone know a mass mailer thats online that works correctly?
Preferably one that doesnt appear Junk in hotmail.


I know about nodmailer it's just not that good cause it's always junked mail.

And if you have a php mailer script that works with multiple recipients, that would be even nice (even though I can make it myself, i'm just too lazy right now )= )
