bnet merge it, clean it off, sell all gold, scam on all characters, sell the gold you scam, with the money earned...could easily be close to 500$$ buy yourself a geared end of the game raiding character....win?
I recently got an account with full info (No CD Keys) but it has 5 80's on it and a few 70's. It isn't even a battle.net account and I'm curious what I should do with this account? If he calls blizz about it should I put in an effort and try to recall it back until he gives up or ?
Advice please :3

First of I would advise not doing anything till 8PM PST when Blizzard shuts down for the weekend. Following this, do what Jon suggested - you should have till Monday to clear the account before they can reclaim it. IF the original owner reports the issue the most likely thing a GM will do is to change the password which is rather amusing since with it being a b.net account following your changes you can change it right back.
When selling though I would recommend going the extra mile and getting yourself a fake Paypal account verified through a prepaid credit card you can buy online just for that purpose. Doing so will save you a lot of headache if Blizzard actually manages to the delete the gold (which in my experience doesn't happen a whole lot) and the Chinese dispute your Paypal transactions. In that case you would only have a fake Paypal account sitting in the red rather than taking the hit on your own personal account.
Lastly, if you feel ballsy - try selling the account! Some account owners either are too dumb or otherwise fail to get their accounts restored so wait maybe a week and then offer it up for sale and get yourself a few extra $$$!
at the end do you think it would be better to try and sell the account, or rent it out? I'm not sure if I'd end up with more profit selling or renting it because so many people will charge back etc
If you have full info accounts.. It's simple: Kill the Joker..
You change the account e-mail first.. You've got full info, yay.. go to:
https://www.wow-europe.com/login-support/email.html
Now you change the password of the account.
Now you can battle.net merge it or either Xfer characters.. I recommend this method:
Open up a new Battle.net account, register with the account details of the guy you scammed (Name, Address, etc). Then verify the email.
Now you merge:
A. http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-sc...d-account.html
B. Just merge the account with a battle.net account and hope he's a dumbass..
Cheers!
P.S: Sell it, if you don't really want to sell the gold. Also give me some account please :] I'll help

You can easily sell off the account...
1) sell the gold
2) sell the account to someone on MD (make sure its Sat/Friday).
3) get the money to a paypal thats verified (dont matter if its fake or not)
4) spend the money hurry hurry hurry
5) the account will be recalled on monday and you have spent your monayDD
