Transfer too a new account, transfer that too a new account and then transfer that too a new account then ban all the previous besides the new one. Add an authenticator too the new one, and then transfer it too a new account. Your done.

Don't.
Just sell on Markee.
If you're trying to secure a scammed account, the only way to be able to keep it is when the OO think's they cannot get it back.
All they have to do is fax in their ID's, and EVERYTHING is reversed.
First hand experience here.
Double check you're trading with me in case of impostors
What if I sent in the ID first?
And if I did sell it ,who would I sell it to,and wouldnt they recall the money when the account gets recalled?
Don't double post.
If you transfer and ban the old account, that's probably the best chance you have,
if you send the ID first and then they send, the account will probably be locked and inspected or just banned,
If you sell it, use a fake paypal and send the money quick, so they can't recall it.
AFAIK they also log I.P.'s, so even if you could send all the data they still have a way to determine who would be the legit owner.

Merge with a Welcome to Battle.net account.. Really easy, changes all info and people can't get it back (only in rare cases).

Can I use battle net to transfer 1 player from a scammed account to my main account without my main account getting banned? I have changed the scammed account's password 3 or 4 days ago and it's still not recalled by his/her owner.

Yes you can, but you need 25$ to transfer I think.
All you do is merge your main account with a battle.net one (make sure you write down all info). Then you merge the scammed account with the battle.net one (within 5 hours of time after you merged your real account with a battle.net one. Then you can transfer the scammed account character to your legit one. After that you ban the scammed one by spamming or hacking.. Im sure you'll find a program that is detectable on MMOwned here..
Enjoy

i read in some other forum that someone was able to photoshop a fake id... faxed it in... and since blizz doesnt really check the state registration office like DMV or whatever, they just want to see some kind of proof that the name on the account has a face and ID to it.
the person who posted it used the fake ID to request the scammed account to be closed down permanently. something like he no longers plays it anymore... and has moved on to warhammer, etc.
ofcourse... this evolves you scammers out there from a minor offense... to a federal crime for forging a government id. just a warning.
