If i use a verified foreign paypal and scam a chinese scammer and spend the 200-500 on gold/items and then close that account and launder those items back to mmo sites?

Well usually in those types of scenarios is that the chinese farmers would be using a stolen paypal account and either paypal or the owner would hold the money as it would be suspecious

so id be dang quick in spending the money and hope the company sends the goods before paypal freezes the funds

i mean money like if i get a chinese scammer to send me 400 for an account that i just make up and use an armory and the paypal is verifed with vcc and i spend the money real quickly, can i get away or will i get collection agencies?

Lol.. no you most likely won't get in trouble for scamming asians that are already breaking the law by using stolen paypals.

As I typed in that earlier post amd, it all depends on the seller/paypal noticing the changes in the account and quickly freezing the money in that case you'll probably hear from the debt collection agency.

False. Chinese people are just like Americans or French people, they use them as much as we do. Maybe not the legit companies, but the scammers do.
