If i scam acc buyer on MarkeeDragon and the chinese guy send me like 250$ on my Paypal(With my infos on) can i be safe with the money ? If yes how ?
I cant use US Paypal. Im Canadian.

Well, if your account is verified, they can just take it out of ur bank/credit card. But if its fake info, you'll just get a negative balance. U might want to use a proxy, try

Thsale is good, but they require a phone number (all websites either require a phone call or a verified paypal, also dont buy more than 10k at once. I suggest that u buy like, 8k, then another 8k. It will reduce the suspicion.)
