Phisher Question

How do people get their phishers out to people who actually put their info in?

I wanna make one but I dont like the trouble of sending out emails to people who might not ever respond -_-

then you send them


As to getting emails you gotta go to guild sites (my personal favorite) or something like that, then send the emails.
