They do not give the answer to the SQ unless you've got Photo ID.

I do believe you could use Skype? They do give Sq/A if you know ALL the info + CD Key

the problem with you having someone else make the call is that they will then have all the info for the account as well. so yeah, my advice is to find a way to make the call yourself, like a few have said, skype may do the trick.
