Need help to make the character mine!

So, i got an account from a guy here on the forums.
And it has a really sweet character i would like to keep.

Anyway, the info i've got so far about the owner is:
Georg F*****
Born 1991-09-11
Lives in Austria in the City of Innsbruck zip code 6020.
Email starts with g****@rtk.cc

Now, RTK.cc is located in Innsbruck, 6020 aswell. So i guess it's a family member who owns it.

Is there any way i can find out his last name, and photoshop an ID to change the SQA and possibly migrate?
It's a european account, so the battle.net thing wont work.

Does anyone know of any sites where you can search for a persons name and birth date and get social security numbers or similiar?

perhaps it is [email protected] indeed. you can try sending a test email to this mail from your own mail. If u get it back with mailer deamon blablbal email NOT delivered then you will know that is incorrect or correct email adress.
I tryed googleing it for ya but no hits on the email adress. Goodluck.

Well, [email protected] was the first email i tried, and with the wowpw.
Even tried secret question/answer. Tried his PW but with different combinations, and character names he had.

No trick that allows me to find out his surname or real mail?

Edit: Anyone that could translate what that webpage says? I don't understand what's in the drop down box.
For some reason Babelfish and a few other language translators doesn't work. Stupid Chrome =(.

Like i said before, send him a email with something like: "hey mate do u remember me that last year at skool we have so much fun? greetz Peter (just cuz everyone knows someone called peter xD)
If email does NOT exist you will recieve a confirmation from your email host that delivery cannot be done becouse targetemail does not exist.
If he recieves it and email does indeed exist, he might send you a mail back, something like 'who are u blablabla i cant remember u'.
If so then = YEAH, when u open his email you will see "sender: name family" , and TADAAA there you go, you have his full name.

Sold my account, and the guy changed my SQA and Email (Before you could change it yourself) without any info on me whatsoever, not even CDkey.

And i've changed SQA before, just send a pic of the ID and it's done.

Got some ideas though on how to get his surname.

Ive tried to change a SQA before with a legit ID that belonged to the account but blizzard wouldnt change it

You were probably unlucky and got an employee which had a bad day or something.
