Last time this happened I made a ticket I basicly got replied "You were doing shit against TOS/EULA, we wont return your gold).

Any tips or tricks how I should proceed with this now?

Tell Blizzard you were trading for gold for gold on another server, this isn't against the TOS/EULA afaik, or atleast it wasn't in the early days when I did it.

If it in some way involves real-world trading, then yes, it's against the EULA.

Yeah that is why I tried to get him to chat outside the game, I'm pretty sure they will just check the chat logs to see I tried to buy a char transfer.

I have bought a transfer from /2 so many times I'm not really fussed about it, just curious if there is any way to get the gold back.

Only lost 5k aswell so not really a big deal.

Unless you see the guy on after he did it, you can't really do anything to screw him over. Honestly, next time you should only complete the trade if a form of outside chat is given and you get proof.
