How to keep an Account?

KK I have an Account which I bought last night. I have his Username, Password, Secret Question, and his E-Mail is changed to mine.

How can I make it so I keep him? Just incase he comes back on, changes the Secret Question, and leaves?

Change the secret question... Well if you can.

The only way that he can change the SQA is by sending them proof, a drivers license in most cases. But if that guy scammed teh account, its pretty much urs. Theres always a possiblity in any account trade that one side can take it back, but it is highly unlikely.

Yes, If he does not send his ID to blizz, the acc is yours
