[Question] Can VCC's verify PayPals

I was wondering whether Virtual Credit Cards could still verify PayPal accounts.

No, VCCs have never verified paypals. They just raise the limits.

USA , UK , Australia , and Canadian PayPal accounts also need a bank account for full verification.

Yes its not possible as you need to check your bank statement to check how much paypal have paid you which is £1-2 a random ammount around those 2. Sorry if i mis-understood your question.

VCC's can be used to help you get a virtual bank account - BUT as i stated back in the beginning of this year Pay Pal has made several new changes and it is becoming VERY difficult to use these for a fake Pay Pal account. There are still some ways around this it just takes some work.
