[HELP] Paypal limiting

Okay guys, I've been doing the 'WTS _______' and getting the money from chinese scammers, but here's the thing...

I tried to send the money to a different paypal of mine, one that isn't connected at all to the first, but I got insta-limited when I went to send it. Is there a reason? I heard you need to have a CC or bank account on it to verify it, to stop the limitations and I have a Mastercard pre-paid CC I got for christmas.

Anyone have any suggestions? I can get the money, all I need to do is secure it from getting recalled.

You can use the prepaid mastercard you got for christmas to verify your account, or should be able to unless they changed up Paypal again. . You also make sure you verify your email address with paypal. If you verify email and through mastercard you have a sending limit of 2000 bucks, have fun.

this happened to me a few weeks ago, i had my verified legit paypal send $0.01 to my newly created paypal (on a proxy) and my verified got limited.. lol
