Being scammed by first owner

As the post says i've being scammed by first owner.
I had an account that i buy it legit from a guy for 400 euro and i used trusted MM.
I had this account about 6 months or more.And i spent much tme and money.
And today i got a disconnect,i tryed relogin,but it said me the accout is being suspendet.then i try again to login and it dint accept my password.
So fast i went to retreive the password via email,but my email dint work...So i suppose the real owner recalled it.
Of that account i got only Secret Q/A and Name /Surname .i dont have only the cd-keys.

Help me please if is any way to take back my account.
Anyone who can help me i can +Repaslo.

When you asked him to change e-mail to yours, you should have changed yours to another one you created so he doesnt know what your e-mail is.

I did that... i had put my secret email what i use for my accounts,and noone knows that.
So am sure the real owner that recalled it.
I forget mention that,that account i dint buy it from him,i was buy it from a boy,who had it from someone..etc

That was your first mistake, you bought an account that he didn't own, someone else did. I have sold several accounts and reclaimed them after 6 months or a year. You won't be getting it back, sorry.

Omg :/ ..that what i read isnt so good.
I got the real infos name/surname and where life of the guy who traded me the account.
It is possible to make his life a living hell ?? (6)?

Well am gonna send email and call to blizzard and say all truth, to thems about the account and i hope they gonna ban him

i talked with the MM ,and he had an idea to wait for him to trade or sell the account,and he will be again the mm but he will take the account for me..But thats too hard,i cant know when he gonna trade or sell the account or what name he will use,or where he gonna trade it.
So i iwll spam emails to blizzard and say thems all truth for the account to ban that ****ard !

Hmm, Do you have a chat log of the conversation which tells you that you bought that account? You could send that to blizzard, they might suspend his account or even ban it if your lucky since the owner broke the rules by selling his account or trying to sell it.
