Question about paypal

Well I am working on a scam plan by using a unverify paypal and than getting farmers to sent me money on the paypal that they hack. The thing is that I am making them dispute and than say that I deliver the "virtual account or gold" and than they close the dispute. And in the case that they dispute again the transaction would I be able to win the dispute after paypal "investigates" the money since from what Ive read they do not support virtual items?

Forgot to mention something, I tried this before like 2 months ago and I had to wait like two weeks for them to actually finish the investigation and gave me the money. But I was stupid enough to leave the money there for like 1 month and than I got an email from paypal saying that the money was stolen and they took it away which was really weird....

What would had happen if I spent the money before they got the money 1 month after?
