[EU] Changing last name

My question is for EU specific.

As everyone know it is possible to change the last name of the account if you provide a legit documentary of your name change.

Now, not everyone can fake it but people can make fake ID. Now my question is, wouldn't I be able to make a fake ID, send Blizzard a webform requesting a name change and then the context would be something like:

"Hello, I want to check if the last name of the account is correct. I have included the ID so you guys can check up my last name"

The deal behind this is that for example, if the name on the account is Jorge Steferdson , then I would make a fake ID with the name Jorge Stefferdson . This is just an example of what I mean.

The thing is, would this even work for Blizzard EU or do they only accept legit documentary of the last name change?

I have a feeling that Blizzard would be careful about giving last names - they're aware that scammers exist. Can't say that I have any experience with it, it just seems you would have a hard time getting this working.

It's worth a go anyway.
