Hello,

I am trying to scam chinese paypal scammers for around 300€. The thing is I need a verified paypal or something for that because everytime I get paid from those chinese scammers my paypal get's locked and all payments I do get a dispute open so can't buy anything I even tried with a canadian paypal, same thing... I cannot verify it as I got no credit card and no gift cards that can be bought near my house. If you help me scam the money, I'll give a Steam account and an empty world of warcraft acccount with The Burning Crusade activated.
