I need help with confirming an order by phone.

Well, I scammed a guy by paypal and i made an order before he could make a refund.
I chose a wrong page( mmoga. com) , it requires a LANDLINE telephone confirm.
What should i do? Should I call them? Or could some1 do it for me? I'm offering +++++...rep for it.
