Help with getting PayPal Acc.

Well I Phished this guys MSN email/pw and it turns out he has a PayPal account too, but the pw I got is too short for the PayPal 1.

Im just wondering is there anyway to get this password?

I used retrieve pw from the site and it sent an email. i then clicked the link and its asking for his CC number, so i duno if its possible but thought I would ask here.

well it shouldnt reset pw til you put the number in so. delete the email make it so he dont think u were there and try it with like numbers, if dont work theres no way
