First Ever Scam - Need Help Figuring Out Before-Hand

OK so I have finally decided to try and get my first account scammed with a 70 on it (or 65-70 I'm not really fussy), the only thing is I dont have a real level 70 right now on my acount (only a lvl63 as my highest level). Also I dont really have access to a paypal sorta thing so the kinda scam i'm looking to do is maybe an account 'trade'. SO any ideas on how to pull this off and anything will be really helpful

P.S the reason I said about not having a 70 right now is that with account 'trade' sometimes ppl ask you to meet in game with that character so need something that either doesn't include that or has a way to also get out of that situation but keep the scam going on if you see what I mean

Or, phish them.

Get an email spider, and search guild pages, and Markee Dragon email them a phish email from [email protected], and link to a phish page.
Get their information, and recall the account. If you get 5 accounts, rent out 3 (170 bucks a week) and sell one. Scam on the 5th.
