Keeping an account

Does anyone have any idea how I can keep an account. I have his user name, password, email and that is all. Any help would be greatly appreciated

guess his sqa and change the email. if it's something like "high school" see if he has a myspace, and get it there.

Chances are its, "What is your mother's maiden name?" I'm guessing, if its not just poke around on face book or the e-mail if you have access to it to see if you can find an answer.

I know his sqa as well but his name on the wow account is fake. So I can't transfer the character to another account =(

In order to keep the account you need:

Account Name
First Name
Last Name
SQ.A

Call Blizzard and tell them someone hacked your e-mail. You want to change it to a new one. They will ask you for the e-mail you want it changed to. Give them your new e-mail, and than the will make you confirm with the SQ.A. Give them the A. Once you have the access, buy
Regular WoW CD KEY, and Burning Crusade. Make an account with the SAME last name as on the original(the one you want to keep). Transfer the characters over to the new account, and ban the original account.

Buy an authenticator and set it to that account, that way nobody but YOU can EVER access it. =D
