how to verify ur paypal without credit card etc?

Normally on paypal I register a fake name and address etc. so that ppl cant track me down when i scam them.
But my account is always made limited because they keep using chargebacks.
Is there any way to verify ur paypal account without giving away any other information, is there some kind of pre paid e-debit card or something like that, so then I buy that online and verify it on my paypal account? is that possible?

Grand Theft Auto was selling verified PayPal accounts but I believe he stopped. Besides that I have never seen or heard of a way to make a paypal verified without legit info.

i heard that you can go to the local target, wal-mart, or 7-eleven (or other places, haven't checked all of them), and buy gift cards like American express or visa giftcards, and use them to verify yourself on paypal, i think the lowest i saw was around $20-$25 for the giftcard, and i think a few dollars for the card itself, then just use the code on the back(or front) on paypal and you should get verified, try looking around before you buy one to make sure that you can use it.

So far, only visa gift cards work with paypal, AMEX does not, don't know about discover or mastercerd yet
