well if you had e-mail access you can, Request the account name be sent to his e-mail lawl and then you get it there then request new password. But other than that no. Useless.

ye if u have all info like u say then just request acc name then when u got that use the secret question and answer to get the password too

Yep, or if you have his e-mail or the e-mail changed to yours, you can just retrieve it.
