Paypal help

I've tryied the old fake sell and then close ur paypal account scam... but something went wrong... I made my paypal acct... added my CC(without proof of address)... I talked with some guys who were interested to buy the account... I got the money in my paypal acct(500$ cause it's the maximum limit for withdrawing in 1day without proof of address i guess)... but when i tryied to close the acct it got limited cause it needed more info(proof of address)
is this right? to scam with this method u need to verify the proof of address too?

If you used Tor it changed ur ip that means which paypal noticed and limited your acc, no idea what to do now but thats what happened

ok so let me get this straight

1. you made paypal and verified it with your real cc

2. you scammed some guy for $500 dollars then tryed to close the paypal account?!

is that right???
