Paypal Recall Proof?

Ok so I received 500$ from a chinese scammer using a scammed paypal account. I've had previous dealings with him and I know for a fact that it is. I had him send the 500$ to one of my paypal accounts unverified and anonymous. After he sent it, I sent the money to my only verified and bank account linked paypal. I then cancelled the account on the unverified. He filed a claim, but since i cancelled my account that puts me in the clear, right?

Not necessarily. Obviously you were lucky enough to send the money to your real account without getting it locked. I did the same thing a couple weeks ago and they put a hold on the money in my real account, even though I had already requested it to be transferred to my bank account. They didn't do the transfer and reversed the money. If you can make it past a few days without paypal putting a hold on it or recalling it I would say you're in the clear.
