Disputing

Well I need some information on paypal and scamming people with it. If you sell an account to someone is there ever a point where they can't dispute it? Or can they always dispute it like 1 week later or what not. Thanks to who ever can help.

I'm not sure how long after the payment they can dispute,
but you can have them dispute and then cancel that dispute right after they pay
to assure that they will not be able to dispute again.
