How to advertise Phishing site?

Hey


A few questions before I make my site - how do you get people onto the site in the first place? It'll be hard convincing people in the first place, and if you've never scammed an account before then you'll have to use your main if you're gonna advertise in a city (which equals ban of course).

2nd - is it necessary to hide your IP if your just after usernames and PWs? Im not after money.
