Need some help on spending paypal money

Ok, so i got "bunch" of money on paypal, need some help spending it.
It's not really legit money just.. money.
The paypal account is verified.

What im interested in:
WoW cd-keys / gametime, Steam games (TF2 / 1.6), virtual/prepaid credit cards and things related to them, yet i haven't found a place where i could buy wow cd-keys/gametime without a phone verification, and i really can't give them a number since my own phone is broke atm.

So basically i need links or something, tried buying TF2 via steam paypal but it always gives me an error on steam.

also some questions:
1. is it possible to buy for example a wow account from a person and use "Send money" and send the money from a creditcard attached to the paypal?

2. Where could I buy a virtual/prepaid credit card (25-50$ card) without any phone verification and pay it with paypal?

1 - Yes you should be able to choose what source you want the money to come from.
2 - I'm not sure off hand as I have never used virtual or prepaid cards but here are a few site you can check out maybe they will help you.

The best thing to do is find people on markee that have a few rep that are selling the things you need. I know this answer is somewhat vague but its the way ive been going.
