If you recall the account they will just recall it back judging that you gave them all of the correct information.

I am not quite sure on the paypal dispute policy though... it could be +/- 60 days... so you'd need to look into that before anything because you could be left without the money and account.

Here I just found a source that states 45 days...

File the dispute via the PayPal Online Dispute Resolution process within 45 days of the date of the payment, and then escalate the dispute into a claim.

Indeed 45 days then they cant use the resolution center for a claim. But armory your characters name and see if he is being used. If he has been bought by someone he might know the full information which means you should xfer asap and get the main account banned. If a account switches hands to much they will lock it.

yea first i would check in to see if the acount is still playable i hear they dont hold accounts long specially if they can farm on them so take that also into consideration
