Scam help. (paypal related)

Ok. First off the scam I used was creating an account on Markee Dragon, finding an obvious scammer and then having them send the money and spending it before they could dispute it.

Having said that Everything went ok. The money was in my canadian paypal account. I bought gold off of a website and I thought ok this is cool its working. I log on paypal a few hours later and it says theirs a dispute open. At first I thought it looked too serious. They needed a drivers license, proof of location, etc. So I just didnt mess with it again hoping it would go away.

I log on paypal the next day and the steps to get the paypal back to normal was just to respond to the letter thing saying Did you ship the item yet? If you have already shipped the item can you provide shipping details blah blah blah. So I filled all the crap out and now its been like 5 days and its still on waiting on other partys response. This leads me to believe he only opened the dispute to piss me off.

So the step its on is paypal is investigating. It still says waiting on other partys response. So my question is. How long until the give up trying to get a response from the other party and after this is done how much of a chance do i have to keep the money in the paypal?

close the account and don't read ANY emails form paypal or the dude you scammed and Fake your Death and move to Mexico worked for me

Cant close a paypal under a dispute.

well if you cant do the time don't do the crime that is what my grandfather told me ^_~ but really you should just send the money back and say it was a misunderstanding or something this also might end up with Jail time.

Nothing on the paypal links me personally. its CANADIAN. I was behind proxies too.

No theres nothing linked to the paypal, its an unverified, paypal. fake name, fake adress, fake everything. I just used it to buy wow gold. Basically the money went in and I used it in like 5 secs (lol). The guy I scammed was an obvious scammer who if I really were gonna sell my account would get all of the account info then file a dispute on my paypal anyway to get the money back (I scammed a scammer)

Ok I dont think your understanding my question im not asking about if im safe or not. I'm not worried about that I could care less. Im asking if he doesnt respond to the email from paypal, how long until my account becomes normal again? and 2nd question is. Do you think the money will still be in there. (this is all going off of the prediction that he doesn't respond to paypal and the window for his response closes)

*And about the scammer part i didnt say I knew 100% that he was a scammer, but you can tell. The lack of atleast decent sentence structure. Using sentences like "I buy acc now?" and "i send payment now". 2) he didnt want to see the guy ingame, he didnt want the armory links, he didnt ask what was on the account.

indeed, well i believe if the doesn't read the email then they will keep sending the email to him really don't know if the account will every be back to normal my guess is NO.

Alright well guess i gotta make a new paypal. Ill just wait and see what happens. I really hope they return it to normal because theres $230 on it.

lol yeh, it did have $300 on it, but I payed the wow gold company and then they evidentally refunded the payement to my paypal and then it was locked. And now I only have the 230$ wtf happened to the other $70 lol?
