1) Where is a place to buy gamecards/cd-keys without verification? (Not Crazy about MD)

2) Whats a good way to get an IP from Canada (Proxies, Programs?) Tor doesnt work, (keeps changing your IP) Looking to fool Paypal.

You need verification for most places im afraid. The best place to buy them legit is (offgamers.com) there pretty decent (require a phone call for first order). I would just use a Candian Proxy.

google search ToR its a proxy that you download and blocks mostly everything.
