Getting a character back on a pvp server

Hey, I recently scammed a rather nice rogue account on a pve server, that apparently used to be on a pvp server. I was just brainstorming that if I potentially reported the account as hacked to blizzard, claiming to be the original owner, would it be possible to get it sent back to the pvp server?

The person I scammed it from had it transfered off the pvp server to a pve server after buying it from a friend or so he claimed, so he isn't the original owner. Fortunately for me, I have all the original owners sort of information as to location, cd keys, etc. I'm also good at adobe photoshop, so I could potentially whip up an ID if necessary for verification.

I was just curious as to what people thought about this since getting a character on a pvp server makes it a little bit more valuable to people for future scams. What do you think my chances of successfully pulling this off would be?

umm dude it is IMPOSSIBLE to go from PvP to PvE

This would probably work, if you claimed to got hacked. And no JoJo it's not impossible, just you can't do it for usual reasons.

Yeah, that's what I was going for. Account got hacked, someone transfered it, I want it back on the original server.
