Help please with paypal!

Yah so I'm pretty much a virgin to paypal Just started using it for scamming etc. I'm having issues however with paypal, I have unverified accounts, that don't know any of my real information, no cc, no bank account, etc. I'm having trouble. I receive their payment and try to buy gold with the money I just got from them, however, when I try, it says my account has limited access and I need a photo of ID, change pw, change SQ/A, and put valid credit card in, I know that this isn't required to receive / send money, so what the hell am I doing wrong?

that only works on canadian paypal's all the other need all that when you recive money hope this helps

Yah I did have canadian paypal... I think, you just have to sign up on same website and put your country as canada right?

I'm having the same issue as Ubrpwnt. I lost a potential $400 because of the limited access thing.

for the 25k gold scam I'm pretty sure you don't need your own paypal...all you do is give the gold sellers paypal to the account buyers.

-For unverified accounts paypal has a 60 second limitation on anyfunds received. Which means as soon as you receive the payment you have 60 seconds to use it. This happened to me about 15 times. Every time i had the money and went to spend it 60 seconds later my account was limited. Ive tested this by looking at the time when i received my email from paypal notifying me of payment to the time when paypal sent me a notice of limitation and it was exactly 60 seconds after i got the money.
