Seeing chars on a frozen account

Seeing chars on a frozen account
So i scammed this account (My first! yey! ), got the email changed to mine, got SQ/A, got the password changed and got his full name, but i'm not sure if that's enough.
Also, the bloody thing is frozen, any other way to see the chars then scrolling all the server in the char transfer page? (found 2 shite geared lvl 70 sofar)

If it is frozen with no gametime all you need to do is go to paid character transfer and search through that. Kinda sucks but that is only way

How about my other question? Is that enough to claim the account as mine and sell it?

Unfortunately, the only method of doing this is scrolling down every single realm on the PCT page. =/

No, its not the only way.

To check the characters on a account just sign in on the forums and click select character.

Shows all the characters names, levels, on the account. Then armory them to see what they have.
