I say yes! i mean look at worst-case scenario: he will get it back and you will get warning and a 24h ban
best-case scenario: You will get a pimped character without mutch stuff to do.

IMHO, recall it (if still possible, saying something like you were hacked two years ago and when you wanted to come back all your info was changed) then either keep that account, or for extra security, transfer it to a new account.

I think it would be okay to recall it. There's nothing he can do to get it back if it's in your name. And btw the only thing he can't change is the name on the account, secret answer and question. So as long as you have some personal identification (like I.D. or birth certificate etc.) than you can ALWAYS recall the account.

You don't even need the CD keys really. As long as you have identification and the account is in your name you can pretty much recover it anytime you want to. Even IF the person has all the information like SQ/A, last name etc. If they have identification of the name on the account though, you might be a little screwed on that deal.
