Help with paypal recalls

I have sold some accounts to a company, and now they are atarting to take their money back, saying the accounts got recalled.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this? It sucks to spend much time scamming, then sell, if they just take their money back all the time

Tell them this is virtual Item and paypal never take parts for virtual item.

Is there anything else I can do, I wrote this as pasdoy suggested, but they just made another complaint, making me choose to refund them, or prove that I sold them something, I dont know what to do...
so, does anyone know how I can do. please?
