    Question regarding CANADIAN PPS
    I hear they also have to be verified before you can spend/send cash...Can anyone confirm this, also I'm looking for people who can supply me with Virtual Credit Cards/Visa Gift Cards/Green Dot Cards/etc. I can trade stuff of EQUAL VALUE im me on aim enmasse187 for more info.

    They don't have to be verified...I just sent money with one a couple minutes ago and they didn't ask for any verification.

    Canadian Paypals are the only that don't need to be verified to spend money, that why they are used mostly in scamming.
