How do I avoid being scammed?

My first post on MMOWNED.

This is probably a twist on what ya'll are used to. I've got an account I want to trade with a person on marquee dragon. I want to make sure I don't get scammed. Can you suggest tips that I can use to make sure the other person is not going to scam me?

lol yeah, this forum is for Scamming accounts, too keep both your own and the one you were suppose to trade with cheers!

You might want to use a trusted middleman but make sure it's really him. If not NEVER go first, make sure you see their character ingame. There's loads of things you can do to make it safer they're pretty much common sense just think before you act.
