Ok this is how it goes.. Alright you give your info to the man right? hes like so secure about what hes doing not asking to much not saying to much..
Then in about half an hour you see him logging on, and your like oh well i still have the contact right? But here your wrong. From the secound Someone has logged into your char from somewhere else Blizzard will track that adress. And such as companies like that.

The thing is.. Yes they promised it to you. But that doesnt mean you will get it do you? because when someone sais they will compensate you for 300 dollars your stupid enough to believe it.
