§ Account Scam Upgrade! §

Follow Each step and you should receive your first Scammed Account!

Step 1: The Setup
First you need to get AIM and MSN
(Make sure you make an account for both NOT using real life information)

Step 2: The Hunt
Go to Markeedragon.com, sign up, and start looking in the Account trading
forums.

Look for someone who has less then 40 posts. Once you find someone get
their AIM or MSN.

If they have a specific preference of class, try looking in
armory for their choice.

Put in something related to the preference.
Exp: If they were looking for a Rogue, type in sinister, or poison. You get the point.

Step 3: The Scam

Ok, You need to add the victim to your AIM or MSN contacts.

I usually make a section called Wow traders to put them in.

Now contact them asking them if they are still trading their character.

Of course they should say yes, but if they don't just block them and move on to another target.

Start talking to them kindly and give them "your" WOW armory.

If they don't like it then you fail.

Just kidding, go
look for another target.

If they like it and ask to meet in game, say you don't feel
safe showing in game because you were banned one time by a guy that reported
you for trading accounts.

If they don't want to trade from there, don't be
surprised.

Just look for another target once again.

Now if they want to trade ask
them if they want to do it your way or their way.

Almost 99% of the time they will
ask you what your way is.

Tell them this: We first change the account email and
phone number to each others.

Next you have to confirm the trade.

We then take a
screenshot of the account information page.

If you want we can check our own
email to see if we actually confirmed the change so we know we arn't faking it.

After that we exchange SQA.

Then we exchange password.

Then you should pray
they say yes because that is the biggest part of the scam.

If they say no say: well if
we don't do it like that i don't feel as safe. And hopefully they will come around.

Step 4: The Page

When changing the email you should use the html code

That code when entered in the address bar allows you to modify the page.

Change the only letter you can see on the email to whatever the first letter of their email is.

Example: His email is [email protected] and yours is [email protected]
Change the "s*** " under email to "L*** "

CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT NAME TO SOMETHING FAKE!!

You need to make sure it is not your account name so he doesn't know anything about you. I also suggest you change your other contact info.

Once you have changed everything to your liking, DO NOT HIT ENTER


Go back up to the address bar and type in something believeable such as "www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/accountmanagement/id#212343"

You get the point.

Now you exchange screenshots! You now know that the email is now under your control and you also know his account name. To check if the account name is real, go to the lost password on the world of warcraft website and enter it in. If it is valid, you will proceed to the next part.

Now, casually ask him/her what their full name is, like you a getting it just for the record, they will ask the same but give them the fake details that match what you put on the screenshot. Check to make sure that theirs does match though. You are doing this part to find out their last name which is required to sell the account. "


Step 5: The Email

Ok this is the new part I originally came up with.

The stuff i wrote before was all
Hasselhoff's.

This will make it so much more believable.

Go to SOOM.cz - Fake
Mailer CREDIT GOES TO Easyrase This is were you will make a fake email to them.

When they give you their
email for the account transfer put it in the TO section.

For the FROM information
put in [email protected].

For the SUBJECT put in World of Warcraft
Acount name> - Account. Make sure the High priority is checked.

For the body put in:

Hello ,

This is an automated notification regarding your World of Warcraft account . Some or all of your contact information was recently modified through the Account Management website.

*** If you made recent account changes, please disregard this automatic notification.

You can login to Account Management at the following link to review your account settings:
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account

*** If you did NOT make any changes to your account, we recommend you change your password and make appropriate corrections as soon as possible to ensure account security.

If you cannot sign into Account Management using the link above, or if unauthorized changes continue to happen, please contact Blizzard Billing & Account Services for further assistance.

Now say: Did u get the email? they'll say yah. Now you exchange SQ and SQA.

GO TO THE WORLD OF WARCRAFT SITE
AND CLICK RETRIEVE PASSWORD
UNDER ACCOUNT TAB!
You now just put in the SQ. Now u've got the account!

the only problem with using trial accounts is they sign into the account and they can easily see that its a trial account. =[

i tried on one guy and i said what you said to do about in game then i said that i could take a screen shot of the account management page to prove i have the account. but...

that still doesnt prove that the char is on the account...
wondering what i should do/say to get them to think the char is on the account.
