very interesting new way and idea, i like it, how ever i still think blizzard could trace the scam, if they were to ban someone, they would first investigate and might see something is wrong, but still if more ppl would test this it might be cool.
i think you need better ideas to "get back at him", i don't see many people skipping a report to "demand" their gold back by yelling. anyways, if blizzard's logs are as complete as i think, none of this methods works.. they'll only give GMs more work. nice try tho
Still, whenever a GM searches for the person who scammed them, the will check the log of that person who was scammed and notice that the name of that haracter still exists.
I dont really believe that they will think that someone went through this elaborate scheme just to avoid being banned. All they will do, is notice the character still exists, then ban that charcter after noticing that in that chat log, they spoke to the scammed person.
