lvl 40-50 free xp and money!

i havtn seen this posted yet, but if u are lvl 40-50 and have the time, heres what u do, grind in tanaris, and watch all the other players play, if u can spot a gold farmer (bot) always runnin into walls n stuff, they are hunters...

yeah anyway, when they send ther pet in to attack, usually the elites by ZF, u get first hit on the elite, make sure u know who they are going for, usually nearest elite, and when the pet hits, and the bot attacks, they will kill it in a few seconds, u get the xp and the loot, and if u got the time, u can grind quite fast rlly easily,

if this has been posted before or sumthin n stuff, dont flame plz hope it works for u tho

Unless you are in a party/raid, whoever hits the monster first gets all the xp and loots. I wonder if this works, can't try it though(lack of a character being at last lvl 40, lol). Well I should say I wonder if its easy, I don't see gold famers alot....

After a patch (not sure which), the amount of Xp you get from a mob is directly calculated from the amount of damage you deal to it (only when you have it tagged, though).

A better place to do this is off elites by BRM i got an epic from doing this ^^

on my server there was a troll hunter in hinterlands who killed the turtles all day, and you could do that. shame about the xp/damage thing tho...

ill confirm this works/ or worked about 4 months ago i saw a guy who was doing very repetive grinding then it hit me hes botting. so i tried it. i shot the guy with a arrow and he smacked and killed it i got the xp and the cash and drops so i did it for about 4 hours then got really sick of it. So thats it im not sure if it still works but yeah its pretty sweet. I did this in tyrs hand also and wow its so sweet. lvl 56-58 was a breeze using this.

Kinda Depends if its a horde and you're alliance then you get all the xp and vise versa. Good job +rep

Xp is relative to how much dmg you do to the mob but yes you could snag the boter's loot but MAKE SURE THEIR AFK FOR SURE lol if he sees you jacking his s**t hes going to wtfpwn ur azz but nice idea

This works. I did this last night before reading this thread, there was a bot in the Badlands, I kept doing that strategy (sometimes screwing up) I just hit it with Arcane Shot after they sent in their pet after it. After I got to 41, I reported her. Everyone wins! (except the bot, of course. )
