I've now seen another one posted with the second picture on Markee. Some tips to make it more beleiveable are:
-Don't write in a date or make it more legit-looking. Someone on Markee noted about how the date looked really fake.
-Somehow make it so you can insert a little peice of paper with a username on it (this will make it pretty beleivable)
-Make others different cards - not just spectral tiger
-Do something so the pictures aren't flooded on the popular sites to sell/trade wow stuff.

All in all, VERY nice job. Maybe you could PM me how you did it?

I have a question though, do you know by any chance how many characters the trading cards usually are? (I.E. 3010DS9234)

Someone did note the date looked fake, guess I'll get rid of that method. It was me with that Spectral Tiger. There isn't much I can do with preventing pictures being flooded. Can always make them on request in exchange for accounts or something.
