Well what i have learned from years of blizz games is that....THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT xD....but really they will still take it back and maybe ban the account you sent it to ><
This post is simply a suggestion on a safe way to launder gold.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So you've just scammed a large amount of gold on your scamming account.
You feel this account will soon be banned.
What do you do?
Well, sending the gold to your main account may be a little risky, seeing as blizz can track where your sending this scammed gold.
But what if you simply deposit all of it into a guild bank?
There's nothing blizz can do.
EDIT- (Keeping in mind that you've already establish your own small guild, where you have complete control over the guild bank. I do this with all of my bank alts, it makes things much easier when you have more than one bank alt.)

I don't think you understand, Its not an account you're sending this gold to, It's a whole guild.
The other thing is, blizz GMs have stated in the pass that they absolutely will not deal with guild bank matters, such as stealing.
Once the gold hits the gbank, it essentially belongs to the whole guild in a sense.
This is what I do with all the stuff I farm, send it from my farmer to a bank toon on my farmer account then from the bank toon to the GB, and pull w/e I need out on my main account.
Yeah its not true. I ninjad a gbank and sold everything as fast as possible. Made 2k gold and a week later I received a 24 hr ban. All the stuff was sent back but the idiots lemme keep the gold. And for some reason some things were still in my bags (who knows). O and it was worth it btw
erm... what he's saying is, You deposit the scammed gold in your Guildbank. And blizzard won't withdraw the gold from the guildbank you added the gold to.
As he said;"blizz GMs have stated in the pass that they absolutely will not deal with guild bank matters, such as stealing."
So if you deposit your scammed gold they won't do anything, but if you steal from a Gbank they might do something like you said
Well, its seems GMs will take action against the theft of loot/gold from a guild bank.
But, the real questions is, will a GM remove duped / stolen gold from a guild's bank?
