For this scam you need:
A friend or a differen't account
10-20 papers with diff numbers on them
10-20 Victims

In this scam, you mail a letter, on an alt, COD for 5 g, to this victim reading:
"Welcome to the Wowlotto! here is a ticket for just 5g! this months prize
is [Very Nice BOE epic], so enter now, and on (random time, place) I will announce the winning number!"

So when the time arsises to name a winner, you simply just annouce a random number that you did not send out, and have you're friend or a alt
there, and have him yell out, " I WON!" and have him come up and "Trade" with you, and you simply keep the gold!
