when it looks like its a NO....start threataning to call ur layer...they probly wont care...

then, ask them for their phone...or check on the website....and....


15 min later...call them....and please, try to sound sophisticated and official like....better yet....look up blizzards terms of use....and read out something from there....then...after maybe 15 min talking, tell them that "My client has requested that the product be delivered, as he mentioned in 2 hours, or i will have to file charges"
