Most of mails are from hacked e-mails on hotmail. I find that every mail (I got 3-5 every day) is from hotmail but 'changed' to wowaccountadmin etc.

The only information Blizzard will request (Depending on the situation) is as follows:

In order to process your request we will require the following information:
- The current Battle.net containing the World of Warcraft license (please do NOT send us your password)

- Your full real name
