No, you can open a dispute on the same transaction even if you have already open/closed one. It has been like this for quite a while now.

Imo best way is to never use paypal, its the most insecure online money merchant there is, no matter what way they send the money they could still do a chargeback they could easily phone paypal and the same thing would happen, paypal dont support the sale of wow accounts so it will always go in there favour. Only use paypal if its someone you can trust otherwise use moneybookers.

So the kid seemed legit... got his dumbass account banned and now filed a dispute for his payment that was paid Sept. 25th.

The dispute simply says "Item not as described" for two payments of $100.

Do I have to worry about this retard or what?

Moneybookers is not unpopular the majority of legit people that trade with wow use moneybookers, imo if your scammed its your own stupid fault, to prevent being scammed is just common sense.

Well , the only way to not to get scammed is not being dumb and inpatient , you will be able to spot scammers if you keep an eye out.

Chargebacks is avable if you request money. Thats happend to me when i sold my real account. Thank you, you just costed me 240$ IDIOT.

Really you gotta ****ing do some research before writing that crap. I called him, he matched his ID. Then i requested the money, he accepted. And send me an email, that prevented him to chargeback, even tho i did send it to paypal they did reject that the money was mine. So i lost 240$ and my own original account.

I sold my account to some guy. He seemed legit. He can't dispute as he gifted it to me. I didn't even ask him to gift it lol he just did it himself. Is there a way he can take the money back? It's already on transfer to bank and after I transfer it I'll be cancelling my PayPal account because I only made it for this transaction anyway.

Even if he does take the money back I can still get my account back :P I didn't give him the CD key.

So yeah, any way that he can take his money back? I don't know if the money was stolen.
