I set up my site, it looks great and works well. I wrote a quick e-mail you can send to advertise it. It's formatted in HTML, but it's easy enough to remove the tags if you'de like.

Hey thanks for this its really nice but theres one thing thats bugging me everytime I try to test it when I click Generate it says The requested URL /HDWForm2Mail/Form2Mail.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Can you please help.

Did you upload the files in the root of your site? (and not in a subfolder of www)

The HDWForm2Mail folder was not uploaded... (or it's not accessible, check the rights).

Error messages don't lie (usually), it still says "/HDWForm2Mail was not found on this server". It's on the same host as my site too, so it's not a server-side problem. It's just not uploaded, or not correctly. Create me an ftp account that has access to your public_html folder, and I'll see what I can do. You'll delete this account after it's solved.
