This is not a scam, this would be for people trying to sell/trade their account.
Honestly this post should be on a trading site and not here and should be deleted for taking up space.
A little note: I used to be a scammer until recently, I was scammed, and I will never scam again, but I used this method to secure my account.
How many of you have sold you wow accounts only to have the paypal payment held/recalled, and left you with nothing? Well I found out a way to render your account unplayable ( safe from selling / trading / deleting ) until you phone blizzard and get your account back. Simply log into account management, set up the parental controls to an email you have access to, set up the password. Leave your account management window open during the transaction and if it goes sour, click the parental controls and make the account unplayable all hours of the day. Your scammer will be left with an unplayable account, making you account safe from trading /selling / deletion, giving you time to contact blizzard.
NOTE: Even though you gave them the account info, changed the email on the account, or if they changed the password, you will not be logged out of account management so don't close the window.

If you were smart enough you would see that it can also be used to scam too. You sell you account, look totaly legit, then render the account unplayable while you phone blizzard and get it back. Works really good with trades too.
@Tichondrius
Ok...
1. this is your first post on the scam forums.
2. I am smart enough to read what you posted and it dosen't say anything about scamming anyone but to prevent being scammed.
3. Even if you were to use this to scam someone they could easily get their account back too... sooo.. where's the scam?
...you fail to reconize
@Tichondrius
